GETTING STARTED
This chapter describes the procedure for setting the user environment after installing and
booting the ITP-5012L IP phone.
1. Entering the Environme nt Setup Mode
W he n the IP phone is firs t ins talled or the s ystem s e ttings have changed, you mus t s e t the da ta
network environme nt s ettings through the environment setup menu. This menu also a llows yo u to
designate the TFTP s erver for upgrading the IP phones progra ms .

Connect the power adaptor while pressing
the
[Menu]
button.

The environment setup menu appears
on the LCD screen.
Press the
[ ]/[ ]
direction button
to move to between the menus, and press
the
[Enter]
button to select.
