APPLICATION MENUS
The functions which can be tailored to your individual requirements in Station ON/Off are:
"
AUTO HOLD : if ON an existing external ca ll is automatically placed on hold if a CALL button, trunk
button or trunk group button is pressed during call. Fo r example to answer a seco nd inco ming c all.
"
A UTO TI MER : if O N, the stopwatch timer automatic a lly s tarts during an external ca ll.
"
HEADSET US E : if O N, this feature dis ables the hook switch allowing you to ans wer all calls when using
a headset by pre ssing the [Speaker] or [Send] button, as a pplic able.
"
HOT KEYPAD : if O N, this feature allows the you to dial numbers, in Overlap dialling mode, without
having to first lift the ha ndset or press the [Speake r] button.
"
KEY TOUCH TONE : if ON, a llows the you to hear a tone when pressing buttons on your station.
"
PAGE REJOI N : if ON, a llows yo u to hear the la tter pa rt of page an nounceme nts whe n you become
free during a page .
"
RI NGI NG PREFERENCE : if ON , yo u ca n answer a ringing ca ll by pressing the [Send] button, or by
lifting the handset.
"
CALL COST DI SPLAY : if ON, the cost of the call in progress will sho w in the upper right co rner of the
station display instead of duration of the ca ll. May not be available on all systems
"
A UTO CAMPO N : if ON, allows you to automatica lly camp on to bus y stations by rema ining off hook
without having to press a [CA MP-O N] button.
"
A ME BGM : if ON , allows you to hea r background music (BGM) instea d of your persona l mailbo x
gree ting your ca lle r’s hear when A nswer M ac hine Emulation is ac tivated. Requires the Samsung
Voic email card and a BGM source programmed for your s tation.

AME PASSWORD : if ON, you must enter your station password to s et Answe ring Machine Emulation
on your station . T his fea ture requires the Sams ung Voicemail card to be ins talled in your Office Serv
system.
"
DI SPLAY S PEED NAME : if ON, the spe ed dial name associated with a spee d dial number is dis played
on your station’ s LCD dis pla y when using s pe ed dial. Not av ailable on all systems.
"
CI D REVI EW ALL : if ON, s aves information on all calls tha t ring your s tation. When OFF, s ave s
information only on ca lls that were not a nswered at the exte nsion or by voic e mail. No t a v a ila ble on all
systems.
"
S ECURE OHVA : if O N, an OHVA a nnounc ement from another s tation will only be hea rd whe n you are
using the handset. Whe n O FF, OHVA announc e ments will be he ard through the phone s peaker. N o t
available on all systems.
"
STOP CI D DI SPL AY : if ON, the Caller ID will not be dis pla yed after you answer an external c all.
"
A UTO ANSWER TRUNK : if ON, your s tation will automatically answer an incoming external c a ll. Not
available on all systems.
