Deleting All Telephone Numbers
This function allo ws yo u to delete all sa ved te lephone numbers and associated names.
1.
Press the
button and use the direction button to select

[6. Delete All].
Then, press the
[Enter]
button.
2.
If the password entry screen appears,
enter the password set in the IP phone.

If the password is not c ha nged, the initial value
of pa ssword is 1234 . If you do not remembe r
your password, please contact your Sys tem
Administrator.
3.
If the ‘Are you sure you want to permanently delete your data?’ message appears,
select
[Yes]
and press the
[Enter]
button.
Then, all the telephone numbers saved in the phone book will be deleted.

The rec ent c aller/ca lle d numbers are not deleted.
