CALL TIMERS AND CHARGE
Fixed dialling
In order to ena ble you to make use of fixed dial-
ling numbe rs stored in an a lternative phone book
defined by you, select
Fixed dialling on

Ha ving selecte d
Fixed dialling on
your ordina ry phone
book will not be visible on the displa y and can
thus not be acce ssed, but, of course, it will re main
on your SIM ca rd and can be acce ssed again by
selecting
Fixed dialling off
.
Barred dialling
If you have a barred dia lling phone book on your
SIM ca rd you must select
Barred dialling on to enable it
.

Barred dialling on
any
attempt to ma ke a call will make the phone com-
pare the dialle d number with the numbers stored
in this spe cial phone book. If the dialle d number
is store d in the Ba rred numbers phone book the
call will be re fused.
To enable the fixed dia lling a nd the barred dial-
ling phone books you have to enter your PIN2
code.
Phone book sorting
You ha ve the option of se lecting whether you
wa nt your phone book sorted
by name
or
by
loca tion
.
Delete call information
You ca n delete all e ntries store d in the Outg oing,
Answe red and Misse d calls lists. Select the sub
menu
Delete call information
and
select the list which you want to de lete.
Call timers and ch arge
Your te lephone ca n displa y the actual dura tion
and cost of an ong oing conversa tion if you so
wish. It can a lso show you the duration and cost
of the last call and all calls ma de with your SIM
card since the timer was la st reset. Howeve r, the
call cha r ge feature must be supported by your
network.
In order to be a ble to see the cost in the display
you have to e nter a unit price a nd the actual cur-
rency. You ca n also e nter a maximum ca ll cha r ge
limit, so that when this ma ximum has bee n
reache d no more phone calls ca n be made. The
telephone will inform you a bout the remaining
call cha r ge bala nce.
To enter or cha nge call cha r ge and currency you
will be requested to ente r your PIN2 code.
