Start/stop
For starting and stopping the selected baking program.
To start a program, touch the START/STOPonce. A short beep will be heard and the two dots in the
time display begin to flash and the program starts. Any other button is inactivated except the
START/STOP buttons after a program has begun.
To stop the program, touch the START/STOP” button for approx. 3 seconds, then a beep will be
heard, it means that the program has been switched off.
Pause function
After procedure starts up, you can press START/STOP button once to interrupt at any time, the operation
will be paused but the setting will be memorized, the working time will be flashed on the LCD. Touch
START/STOP button and the program will continue.
Menu
It is used to set different programs. Each time it is touched (accompanied by a short beep) the
program will vary. Touch the button discontinuously, the 16 menus will be cycled to show on the LCD
display. Select your desired program. The functions of 16 menus will be explained below.
1. Basic: kneading, rising, and baking of standard bread. Other ingredients may be added to
enhance the flavour.
2. French: kneading, rising, and baking with extended rising time. Bread baked with this program
will have a crispier crust and a more delicate texture.
3. Whole wheat: kneading, rising, and baking of whole wheat bread. Setting a delayed start is not
recommended as this may lead to poorer results.
4. Sweet: kneading, rising, and baking of sweet bread. Other ingredients may be added to
enhance the flavour.
5. Ultra-quick: kneading, rising, and baking of a loaf is completed very fast. Normally, the loaf will
be smaller and have a coarser texture than bread baked with the "QUICK" program.
6. Gluten-free: kneading, rising, and baking of gluten-free bread.
7. Quick: with this program, use of loaf size and start delay settings is not recommended.
Kneading, rising, and baking of a loaf is completed faster than with the basic program. Loaves
baked with this program are usually smaller and have a coarser texture.
8. Cakes: kneading, rising, and baking of cakes. Use sodium bicarbonate or baking powder as
leavening agent.
9. Kneading: kneading of flour and other ingredients
10. Dough: kneading and rising, without baking. Take the dough from the bread baking pan and
form rolls, buns, pizza etc.
11. Pasta dough: kneading
12. Yoghurt: making yoghurt
13. Jam: cooking jams (jelly, marmalade etc.). Dice the fruit before placing it in the baking pan.
14. Baking: baking only, without kneading and rising. This can also be used for extended baking
time with custom settings.
15. Homemade bread 1: allows user programming: the user can change the factory settings for
kneading, rising, baking, and keeping warm, for each step.
16. Homemade bread 2: allows user programming: the user can change the factory settings for
kneading, rising, baking, and keeping warm, for each step.
