1 Display
Faults recognised by the control unit are
shown in the plant display or the display on
the comfort operating point (option).
Note
Only faults that can be remedied by the op-
erator are stated in the following section. If
other faults are shown in the display, inform
the Customer Service.
Fault display

1 Limit switch Drive start/Drive end allocat-
ed simultaneously
Limit switch allocated or defective via
foreign metal part
Remove foreign part, check limit switch for
damages, switch on/ off the unit, repeat
washing process
4 Proximity switches "Side-brush 1 inward"
and "Side-brush 1 outward" have been
pressed simultaneously
Limit switch is defective Check limit switch for damages, switch on/
off the unit, repeat washing process
5 Proximity switches "Side-brush 2 inward"
and "Side-brush 2 outward" have been
pressed simultaneously
6 Proximity switches "Roof brush above"
and "Roof brush below" have been
pressed simultaneously
9 Proximity switches "Drier above" and "Drier
below" have been pressed simultaneously
10 Mode counter Gantry travel is not counting Portal driving counter is defective; por-
tal driving motors are defective; limit
switch portal driving start/end are de-
fective
Check limit switch portal driving for de-
fects; remove metal parts from the hall
floor; switch off/on the unit, repeat washing
process, call Customer Service
12 Mode counter Lift/lower roof brush is not
counting
Mode counter defective; lifting motor
of roof brush is defective; limit switch
roof brush above/ below is defective
Check limit switch for roof brush for de-
fects; switch off/on the unit, repeat wash-
ing process, call Customer Service
13 Mode counter Lift/lower drier is not counting Mode counter defective; lifting motor
of drier is defective; limit switch drier
above/ below is defective
Check limit switch for drier for defects;
switch off/on the unit, repeat washing
process, call Customer Service
14 Frequency converter portal driving is not
ready
Fault in frequency converter portal
driving
Check cable and motors for damages,
switch on/ off the unit, repeat washing
process
15 Frequency coverter raise/ lower is not ready Fault in frequency converter Lift roof
brush/ drier
Check cable and lifting motors of the roof
brush and drier for damages, switch on/ off
the unit, repeat washing process
16 CAN bus error master, no module is ac-
cessible
Loose connecting chord of the plates,
plates defective
Switch off and switch on the unit, repeat
washing process, call Customer Service
18 CAN bus error, no connection to service
control station
Connection chord of service control
station is loose or defective, service
control station is defective
Switch off and switch on the unit, repeat
washing process, washing can still be
done despite this fault, call Customer
Service
