Overview of Utilities
NetCentric™ FaxStorm includes the following related utilities to help you
manage your faxing activities:
Contact Manager
Use Contact Manager to organiz e your contacts and import database files
from existing address books.
Cover Page Builder
Cov er Pa ge Builder is your creati ve tool to b uild a personal cov er page. You can
arrange fax merge fields to organize your own cover pages.
You can build a co v er page by using a fax file for a backdrop tha t you ha v e
created with the Print Driv er. Using the Print Driver, you can convert a document
created in any Windows
®
application into a fax file.
Print Driver
Use Print Driver to fax from any Windows
®
application through your fax account.
The Print Driver also enables you to convert files to image files for use as
attachments and send them as faxes from NetCentric™ FaxStorm. Once you
convert and save a file as an attachment, it is always listed as an attachment in
your Attachment List.
Status Manager
Use Status Manager to work with your fax account and manage your incoming
and outgoing faxes.
Viewfax (A Fax File Viewing Application)
Use Vie wFax to vie w your completed f ax at any time, before, or after, you send it
from NetCentric™ FaxStorm. You can also use Vie wF ax to view f ax f iles that you
receive through your fax account, and to view other image files on your system.
You can run Vie wFax from Status Manager or as a separate application.
When you run Vie wFax as a separate a pplication, you can open any ima ge file on
your hard dri ve. In the V ie wf ax windo w, you can sav e an image f ile on your hard
drive as an attachment, TIFF image, or cover page.
