– When the coffee maker is ready for operation,
you will hear sound signals, and the light indi-
cators on the control panel (8) will glow con-
stantly.
– To switch the self-clean mode on press the
self-clean button (21) «
», all the light indi-
cators of the control buttons will go out, and
the self-clean button light indicator (21) «
»
will be flashing.
– After self-cleaning is finished, all the light indi-
cators of the control buttons will light up.
– Pour the water out from the cup, remove the
cappuccinator (9) preliminary pressing the
release button (10), remove the milk container
pressing the release button (12) and pour the
remaining water out from the container (14),
slightly lift the front part of the tray (1) and
remove it, pour the water out from the tray (1)
and install it back to its place.
– Turn the filter holder (3) to the left and
remove it (pic. 3), wait until the holder (3)
cools down completely and remove the fil-
ter (27), wash the filter (27) and install it to
the holder (3).
– If necessary, perform the cleaning of the
boiler and the cappuccinator (9) several
times.
– After the cleaning the coffee maker is ready
for operation.

HOW TO MAKE A GOOD ESPRESSO
– We recommend to use fresh-ground coffee
beans or ground coffee for «espresso» cof-
fee makers.
– Make even and slightly tamp the ground cof-
fee in the filter (27), you can do it with the back
side of the measuring spoon (26).
– Coffee strength will depend on the roasting
quality and grinding degree of coffee beans.
– If coffee is pouring out too long, this means
the coffee powder is too fine or it is tamped
too strongly; in this case use coarse-ground
coffee or coffee for «espresso» coffee mak-
ers and choose the tamping degree experi-
mentally.
MAKING ESPRESSO
ATTENTION!
Do not remove the filter holder (3) during the
unit operation.
Do not remove the filter holder (3) immedi-
ately after making coffee as there is redun-
dant pressure inside the filter, wait for some
time before removing the filter holder (3).
– Open the lid (7), lift the handle and remove the
water tank by the handle (pic. 1).
– Fill the tank with cold water not exceeding the
maximal level mark, place the tank back to its
place, lower the handle and close the lid (7).
– Install one of the filters (27) depending on
the amount of ready coffee into the filter
holder (3).
– Add the required amount of ground coffee
into the filter (27) with a measuring spoon
(26) and slightly tamp the coffee in the fil-
ter (27) with the back side of the measuring
spoon (26).
– Install the filter holder (3) into the installation
place (5) and turn it to the right until bump-
ing (pic. 3).
– Place a cup of suitable height on the tray grid
(2); if you use small cups, unfold the foldable
grid (4) and place the cup on it (pic. 5).
– Before placing the cups we recommend
warming them up (during the coffee maker
operation), to do this place the cup on the tray
(6) (pic. 6).
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the coffee maker on pressing the on/
off button «
» (17), you will hear a sound sig-
nal, and all the light indicators will light up and
flash on the control panel (8).
– When the coffee maker is ready for operation,
you will hear sound signals, and the light indi-
cators on the control panel (8) will glow con-
stantly.
– To make one cup of espresso use a small filter
(27) and press the button (25) «
».
– To make two cups of espresso use a big fil-
ter (27) and press the button (18) «
», in
this case set one big or two small cups on the
grid (2 or 4).
Note:
– if you need to stop the espresso making,
press the button (18 or 25) again.
