2. Press any button to exit the all-LEDs-on status, that is
the end of tutorial mode.
The numbered LEDs are called signal strength meters
when they are used to indicate how strong a signal being
detected is. As a signal strength meter they are always
displayed together with a radar band LED (X, K, or Ka). The
higher the number, the stronger the radar signals. When the
numbered LEDs blink before and after "C" LED does, they
indicate the level of the city mode you've set.
