General operations
Power button
Press any button (except RELEASE and EJECT) on the panel or insert a disc to switch the unit on. Press
POWER button to switch the unit off. When you switch off the unit, volume and radio settings are memorized
and will be active wh en you switc h on the unit again.
Volume control
Rotate VO L re gulator on the front panel or press VOL +/VOL- buttons on th e RC to a djust sound volume l evel.
Mute
Press MUTE button on the RC or MUT button on the panel to mute the sound at once. Press it again or adjust
volume t o retur n to the previous volume level.
Audio settings adjustment
Press SEL button shortly and repeatedly to select a mode: BAS (bass) => TRE (treble) => BAL (balance) =>
FAD (fader). Rotate VOL regulator on the front panel or press VOL+/VOL- buttons on the RC to adjust each
mode.
Note: When EQ is on, bass and treble adjustment is not available.
Cautio n: In each mode, the waiting time is several seconds, and when the waiting time is over, it returns to
the last display mode of radio or disc playback mode.
Mo de selectio n
Press MODE button on the RC or MOD button on the panel to choose a sound source: RADIO => CD => USB
=> SD/MMC => AUX. CD, USB and SD/MMC modes are only available when the storage is inserted into the
unit.
Equaliz er setting
Press SEL button repeatedly until EQ OFF (EQ ON) is displayed. Rotate VOL regulator on the front panel or
press VOL+/VOL- buttons on the RC to choose between sound effects: POP => ROCK => CLASSICS => FLAT
=> EQ OFF.
