Troubleshooting guide
Symptom Cause Solution
No power
T he c a r ignition is not on.
T he fus e is blow n.
If the power supply is properly connected to the
car accessory switch the ignition key to “ACC”.
Replace the fuse.
Disc cannot be loaded. Presence of disc inside the player. Remove the disc in the player then put a new
upward.
Disc cannot be read. Insert ing the disc in upside down.
Compact disc is extremely dirty or defective.
Temperatur e inside the car is too high/lo w.
Insert the co mpact disc with t he label facing
upward.
Clean the disc or try to play a new one.
Cool off until the ambient temperature returns to
normal.
No sou nd Volume is in minimum.
Wiring is not properly connected.
Adjust volume to a desired level.
Che ck wiring connec tio n.
The but tons do not work. The built -in microco mputer is no t operat ing
pro perly due to noise.
Front panel is not properly fix into its place.
P re ss the RESET bu tton.
R einstall the front pan el.
So und skips. The installation angle is mo re than 30
degrees.
The disc is extremely dirty or d efective.
Adjust the installation angle to less than 30
degrees.
Clean the co mpact disc/try to play a new one.
The radio does not work,

aut omatic selection does
not work.
T he a ntenna c a ble is not c onnected the signals
are too weak.
Insert the antenna cable firmly select a st ation
manually.
