Symptom Remedy/Cause
Bluetooth
Echo or noise occurs. Adjust the microphone unit position.
Phone sound quality is poor. Reduce the distance between the unit and the
Bluetooth cellular phone.
Move the car to place where you can get a better
signal reception.
The sound is interrupted or skipped while
using a Bluetooth audio player.
Reduce the distance between the unit and the
Bluetooth audio player.
Disconnect the device connected for Bluetooth
phone.
Turn off, then turn on the unit.
(When the sound is not yet restored) connect the
player again.
The connected audio player cannot be
controlled.
Check whether the connected audio player supports
AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile).
The unit does not response when you tried to
copy the phone book to the unit.
You may have tried to copy the same entries (as
stored) to the unit.
“No Audio Device” appears on the monitor. Connect this unit and the Bluetooth audio player
correctly.
“No Voice Device” appears on the monitor. The connected cellular phone does not have the voice
recognition system.
CD changer
“No Disc” appears on the screen. Insert a disc into the magazine.
“No Magazine” appears on the screen. Insert the magazine.
“Cannot play this disc Check the disc” appears
on the screen.
Current disc does not include playable files. Replace
the disc with one including playable files.
“Reset08” appears on the screen. Connect this unit and the CD changer correctly and
press the reset button of the CD changer.
“Reset01” – “Reset07” appears on the screen. Press the reset button of the CD changer.
The CD changer does not work at all.
Reset the unit. (

DAB tuner
“No DAB Signal” appears on the screen. Move to an area with stronger signals.
“Reset 08” appears on the screen. Connect this unit and the DAB tuner correctly, then
reset the unit. (

The DAB tuner does not work at all. Connect this unit and the DAB tuner correctly, then
reset the unit. (

“Antenna Power NG” appears on the screen. Check the cords and connections.
