Assistance
Before contacting Assistance:
• Check whether the p roblem can be resolved using the Troub leshooting guide (
see Troub leshooting
).
• Restart the programme to check whether the prob lem has ceased to exist.
• If the problem persists, contact the Authorised Technical Assistance Service.
Never use the services of unauthorised technicians.

• The type of malfunction.

• The serial numb er (S/N).
