Troubleshooting guide
Symptom Cause Solution
No power T he car ignit ion is not on.
T he fus e is blown.
If the power supply is properly connected to
the car accessory switch the ignition key to
“ACC”.
Replace the fuse.
Disc c annot be
loaded.
Presence of disc inside the player. Remove the disc in the player then put a
new upward.
Disc cannot be read. Inserting the disc in upside down.
C ompact disc is extre mely d irty or
defect ive.
Temper ature inside t he car is t oo high.
Insert the compact disc with the label facing
upward.
Clean the disc or try to play a new one.
C ool off un til the ambien t temp erature
returns to normal.
No sound Volume is in min imum.
Wiring is no t pro perly connected.
Adjust v olume to a d es ired level.
Che ck wiring c onnec tio n.
The operation keys
do not work.
The b uilt-in microcompute r is not
operating properly due to noise.
Front panel is not properly fix into its
place.
Press the power butto n for about 10 seconds
to reset the unit
So und skips. The in stallation angle is more th an 30
degrees.
The disc is extremely dirty or
defective.
Adjust t he installation angle to less than 30
degrees.

The radio does not
work,

The antenna cable is not connect ed the
signals are t oo weak.
Insert the antenna cable firmly select a
s tation manually.
