After selecting program type for 3 seconds, the unit will search for a station in the selected program type
automatically.
2. The radio starts to search corresponding PTY information and stops of the corresponding PTY information
is detected. If correspo nding PTY informat io n is not found, normal radio recept ion is resumed.
3. Press PTY button on the RC, the front panel or on the to uchable screen to switch off the PTY function.
TA function
Press TA button on the RC, the front panel or on the touchable screen (in page 2 mode) to select the TA mode
on/off. Traffic announcement interrupts the source sound output when broadcast. To interrupt traffic
announcement press TA button short without switching off the TA mode. The set will return to the previous
operating mode. Press the button again to switch off the TA mode.
Note: The page 2 mode is activated by pressing OSD button on the RC or PAGE1 button on the touchable
screen.
