– Install the lid (8) on the processing bowl
(4), matching the extreme left mark
on
the lid (8) and the mark
on the motor unit
(2), then turn the lid clockwise until fixing,
so that the mark
on the lid matches the
symbol
(CLOSE) (pic. 6).
– Install the food tray (10) on the lid (8).
USING THE SLOW JUICER
Important! Before switching the unit on,
make sure that all parts are installed prop-
erly. Do not switch the unit on without
food.
Fruit, vegetables and berries intended for
processing must be fresh.
– Before juice extracting remove inedible
parts from vegetables or fruits, such as
stems, hard peel or stones, for example,
cherry or peach stones.
– Wash fruit/vegetables and cut them into
pieces matching the feeding chute (9).
– Place unit on a flat stable surface.
– Place the juice cup (12) under the pro-
cessing bowl (4) spout (pic. 7).
– Insert the power plug into the socket.
– Switch the slow juicer on by setting the
switch (3) to the «I» position.
Operation mode switch (3) position
«I» - the juicer is on.
«O»– the juicer is off.
«R» means change of the screw rotation
direction. The Reverse mode is used only
when the screw (7) is blocked. The screw
can be blocked if the unit is overloaded
with products (due to processing of hard or
fibrous fruits or vegetables). To switch the
reverse mode turn the unit off setting the
switch (3) to the position «O», then press and
hold the switch (3) in the position «R». Use
this operation mode for 3-5 seconds. If the
problem still remains, disassemble the juicer,
clean and then assemble it .
If the screw is blocked again, you should
cut fruits and vegetables into smaller
pieces and feed products slower.
Note: The unit will be switched on only if all
the removable parts are installed properly,
and the lid (8) is in the position
(CLOSE).
– Feed fruit or vegetables into the feed-
ing chute (9), only when the screw (7) is
rotating.
– Put the precut vegetables or fruits into the
feeding chute (9) gradually and push them
slightly with the pusher (11). Do not press
on the pusher hardly as it can decrease the
amount of extracted juice and even stop
the screw (7) rotation. The slower is the
fruit and vegetables processing, the higher
is the juice extraction rate.
– Do not put your fingers or any other foreign
objects into the feeding chute (9).
– Periodically check the mesh filter (6) for
obstruction while operation and wash
the mesh filter (6), if necessary. Before
removing the filter switch the unit off and
unplug it.
– Control the pulp container (1) filling, if
the container is full, switch the juicer off,
unplug it and remove the pulp from the
container (1), then install the container (1)
back to its place.
Attention! The maximal continuous operation
time of the juicer is approximately 30 minutes
with a 10-15 minute subsequent break.
After processing of 1 kg hard and fibrous fruits
and vegetables (citrus plants, pineapples
etc.) disassemble and clean the unit. Non-
compliance with the requirement can cause
the screw blockage and will complicate the
unit cleaning.
Self-cleaning function
If you need to clean the unit before extract-
ing juice from another type of vegetables
or fruit, use the self-clean function.
– Switch the unit on and pour a glass of
water into the feeding chute (9). Most pulp
will be removed.
– Switch the unit off and clean the pulp con-
tainer (1) and the juice cup (12).
