BEFORE OPERATION
Before connecting the device to the
mains, make sure that the mains
voltage in your house complies with the
voltage indicated on the basis of a meat
grinder.
Wash all parts of a meat grinder, except
for those that do not come into contact
with water (3,4,5,6,7) in warm soapy
water.
ASSEMBLING
1. Place the grinder head into the hole
on the motor housing and turn it to the
left to lock.
2. Place the feed screw into the grinder
head, turning it slightly until it is
installed in the motor housing.
3. Place the cutting blade on the feed
screw with its cutting side out. If the
blade is not installed properly, the meat
will not be minced.
4. Place the proper grinding plate in
front of the cutting blade, aligning the
notches on the grinding plate with the
grooves on the grinder head.

5. Tighten the cap, but do not tighten it
excessively.
6. Place the hopper plate on the grinder
head and fix it.
7. Set the meat grinder on a flat steady
surface.
USE OF THE MEAT GRINDER
1. Separate the meat from the bones,
tendons and films and cut them into
small pieces so that they could easily
pass through the loading slot.
2. Connect the power cord to the
electrical outlet and turn the unit on by
pressing the ON / OFF knob.
3. Put the slices of meat on the hopper
plate. Use the pusher to push
ingredients down through the grinder
head.
4.After finishing operation, turn off the
device by pressing the ON / OFF knob
and then unplug it.
CLOGGING ELIMINATION (REVERSE
FUNCTION)
If the meat grinder is operated but
minced meat is not coming out, you
should execute the following steps:
- Turn off the device by pressing the ON
/ OFF knob.
- Then press the Reverse button for
cleaning the meat grinder from residual
products. In this mode the feed screw
rotates in the opposite direction.
- If after this the device still does not
work - unplug the appliance and clean it
(see the section “Cleaning and
Maintenance”).
USE OF THE KEBBE ATTACHMENT
Kebbe is a traditional oriental dish.
These are small stuffed sausages made
from mutton. Kebbe attachment is used
for obtaining hollow tubes of meat,
which are filled then with stuffing and
roasted. Experimenting with fillers, you
can cook a variety of delicacies.
Kebbe recipe
For making kebbe iinstall a cutting blade
and grinding plate.
Stuffing:
Mutton 100 g
1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
1.5 tablespoon of onion (finely chopped)
Spices (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1.5 tablespoon of flour
Рass the meat through a meat grinder 1
or 2 times. Add the onion fried to golden
color, spices and flour.
Casing:
Lean meat 450 g
Flour 150-200 g
Spices (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Ground red pepper (to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)
Pass the meat through a meat grinder 3
times, then add the remaining
ingredients. To achieve the best texture
and flavor, add more meat and less
flour. Pass the mixture through a meat
grinder again.
