VCD/CD operation
Insert/Eject CD
Insert a disc into CD slot with label side up. The disc will be automatically loaded into the unit, even when it is off
or at radio mode. The word “LOAD” will show on the display and the disc will play automatically. Press the EJECT
Butto n to ejec t the d isc from the s lot. If the d isc is not removed fro m t he s lo t with in 5 seco nds, it w ill automa t ica lly
be loaded into the slot again. When the disc is ejected and removed, the unit will automatically switch to radio
mode.
Mul ti-Session CD Read ing
This unit can rea d multi-session CDs. T he multi-session rea ding will be activated automatically if the player detects
a file that is written in multi-session format. In this way, you can better utili ze your used CD-Rs.
PBC
For VCD 2.0, press PBC button while the disc is playing. You can choose PBC on or PBC off mode. In PBC on mode
main menu i s activated where you can choose the items.
Button 1- 6
The button 1-6 containing OSD, INTRO, REPEAT, RANDOM, STOP & PLAY/PAUSE will be preset for VCD/CD
Operation.
Audio Selection
Pr ess the SEL b utton o n th e head u nit, o r the A UDIO but ton o n the RC, in order t o choo se the a udio lang uage. T he
audio languages available differ from Disc to Disc. You can also use the setup menu to confirm. Refer to the packing
of the Disc for details.
VCD: Press AUDIO during playback.
It is possible to switch the sound between mono and stereo sound. The sequence is as follows:
Left Vocal --> Ri ght Vocal --> Mono Left --> Mono Right --> Stereo
CD: Press AUDIO during playback.
It is possible to switch the sound between mono and stereo sound. The sequence is as follows:
Mono Left --> Mono Right --> Stereo
