• Fill the universal cooker bowl with cereal. P our water according to recipe.
• Place the bowl into the universal cooker.
• Close the lid until the click is heard.
• Connect the un iversal cooker to mains. Do not connect the appl iance to the mains until all ini tial preparations are completed,
or it may lead t o damage.
• There is no any preset time av ail able for this program. The app l iance will stop cooking ric e automaticall y , when water boils of f
completely.
• At the end of cooking process the mode indicat or goes off, and the buzzer sounds. The universal cooker automaticall y
switches to he ating mode, and heat ing indicat or l ights.
• Disconnect t he universal cooker from the mains.
"СУП" (SOUP) PROGRAM
• This mode is used for cooking soups, broths, meat, fish, vegetables and milk porridge.
• Put all the ingredients and s pices into a bowl of the univers al cooker accordi ng to the recipe.
• Place the bowl into the universal cooker.
• Close the lid until the click is heard.
• Connect the un iversal cooker to mains. Do not connect the appl iance to the mains until all prep arations are c om pleted, or it
may lead to damage.
• Press the "СУП" (SOUP) button located on t he c ontrol panel. The butt on's LED lights. The time interval "01:30" will be
displayed. The "СУП" (SOUP) program will start in 5 seconds.
• By default, the soup cooki ng program time is set to 30 min. I f necessary, yo u can increase or dec rease the time by using the
"+/-" buttons. Y ou can select c ook ing time withi n the range of 1 -6 hours. The setting increment is 5 minutes.
• At the end of cooking process the mode indicat or goes off, and the buzzer sounds. The universal cooker automaticall y
switches to he ating mode, and heat ing indicat or l ights.
• Disconnect t he universal cooker from the mains.
"ЖАРКА" (FRYING) PROGRAM
• Using this program, you can saute vegetables with the open lid, and use it for home canning purposes (food
preservation), and for cooking soups and various recipes, roast meat, chicken and more.
• Put all the ingredients and s pices into a bowl of the univers al cooker accordi ng to the recipe.
• Place the bowl into the universal cooker. Do not close the lid.
• Connect the un iversal cooker to mains. Do not connect the appl iance to the mains until all prep arations are c om pleted, or it
may lead to damage.
• Press the "ЖАРКА" (FRYING) button located on the control pan el . The button's LED lights. T he time interval "00:20" will be
displayed. The "ЖАРКА" (FRYING) program will start in 5 s ec onds.
• By default, the frying program time is set to 20 minutes. I f necessary, you can increase or decrease the time by using the "+/-
" buttons. You can select coo k i ng time within the range of 5 minut es to 1 hours. The setting increment is 5 minutes.
• At the end of cooking process the mode indicat or goes off, and the buzzer sounds. The universal cook er will not switch to
heating mode.
• Disconnect t he universal cooker from the mains.
"ВЫПЕЧКА" (BAKING) PROGRAM
• You can use th is program for baking.
• Put all the ingredients into a bowl of the universal cooker according to the recipe.
• Place the bowl into the universal cooker.
• Connect the un iversal cooker to mains. Do not connect the appl iance to the mains until al l preparations are completed, or it
may lead to damage.
• Press the "ВЫПЕЧКА" (BAKING) butt on l ocated on the control panel. The button's LED lights. T he time interval "00:50" will
be displayed. The "ВЫПЕЧКА" (BAKING) program will start in 5 seconds.
• By default, the baking program time is set to 50 minutes.
• At the end of cooking process the mode indicat or goes off, and the buzzer sounds. The universal cooker will not switch to
heating mode.
• Disconnect t he universal cooker from the mains.
"ПАРОВАРКА" (STEAM COOKER) PROGRAM
• This mode is used for steam cooki ng.
• The steam cook i ng m ode can be used, when the steam cooking container i s applied. Pl ease be aware that steam cookin g
time interva l i s l imited to the volume of water poured into the bowl. Pour as much water as needed for completion of the
cooking process. When the water evaporate s completely, the program will automatically switch off.
• Pour correct amount of water into a bowl (see Table belo w).

• Press the "ПАРОВАРКА" (STEAM COOKER) button located on the control panel. The button's LED lights. T he time interval
"00:20" will be displayed. The "ПАРОВАРКА" (STEAM COOKER) program will start in 5 seconds. By default, the steam
cooking program time is set to 20 minutes. If necessary, you can increase o r decrease the time by using the "+/-" buttons.
You can select cooking time within the range of 5 minutes to 1 hours. T he setting increment is 5 minutes.
