Troubleshooting guide
Symptom
Cause Solution
General
No power
The car ignit ion is not on.
The fu se is blown.
If the power sup p ly is pr oper ly c onnected t o the car
a ccessory s witch the ignition key to “ACC”.
Rep lace the fus e.
Disc
Disc c annot be loaded.
P resenc e of disc i nside t he pl ayer. R emove the dis c i n the player t hen put a new upwa rd.
Disc c annot be rea d. Inser ting t he disc in u ps ide down.
C ompact disc is extremely dirt y or
defective.
Temper ature ins ide the car is too high.
Inser t t he compact disc with t he lab el faci ng up ward.
C lean t he disc or t ry to p lay a new one.
Cool off until the ambient temperature returns to
norm al.
No sound Volume is in minimu m.
Wiring is not properly connected.
Adjust volume to a desired level.
C heck wiring connection.
The opera tion b ut tons
do not work.
The bu ilt-in microcompu ter is not
operat ing properly du e to noise.
F ront panel is not p roper ly f ix into it s
place.
P ress the RES E T bu tt on.
R einstall t he front pa nel.
S ound s kips. The installat ion angle is more t han 3 0
degrees .
The disc is extremely dirty or defective.
Adjust the installat ion angle to less than 30 degrees.

a ut omatic selection does
not work.
The a ntenna cable is not connec ted the

Inser t t he antenna cable firmly select a st ation
manually.
