Installation/Connections
First complete the electrical connections, and then check them for correctness. The unit can be installed with the two methods.
· This unit is designed to operate on 12 volt DC, negative ground electrical system only. Do not attempt to install this unit in a
vehicle having a positive ground system.
· Your unit has built-in filtering to eliminate most of the noise that might come through the power source. However, with some
vehicles, particularly older models, some clicking or other unwanted noise might be present.
Din front-mount (method 1)
· After inserting the holder into the dashboard, select the appropriate tab and bend them inwards to secure to the place
· Insert fingers into the groove in the front of frame and remove it.
· Insert the levers supplied with the unit to the grooves at both sides. The unit can be installed or removed from the dashboard.
