Troubleshooting guide
Symptom Cause Solution
No power
The car ignition is not on.
T he fus e is blown.
If the power supply is properly
co nnected to the car accesso ry switch
the ignition key to “ACC”.
Replace the fuse.
Disc cannot be loaded. Presence of disc inside t he player.
Remove the disc in the player then put a
new upward.
Disc cannot be read. Insert ing the disc in upside down.
C ompact disc is extremely dirty or
defective.
Temperature inside the car is no t
within the admissib le range.
I nsert the compa c t d isc wit h the labe l
facing upward.
Clean the disc or try to play a new one.
Ensure that the ambient temperature
return ed to normal.
No sound Volume is in minimum.
Wiring is not properly connected.
Adjust volume to a desired lev el.
Che ck wiring c onne c tio n.
The operation keys do not
work.
The b uilt-in microc ompute r is n ot
operating properly due t o noise.
Front panel is not properly fix into
its place.
Press RESET button.
R einstall the front pan el.
So und skips. The in stallation angle is more than
30 degrees.

Adjust the installation angle to les s than
30 degrees.

The radio does not work,
the radio station automatic
selection does not work.
The antenna cable is not connected

Insert the antenna cable firmly select a
