Recording
Recording from radio
‚" Set the FUNCTION switch to RADIO position.
‚" Tune to t he desired station by turning the TUNING control regulator.
‚" Insert a blank casset te into cassette compart ment.
‚" Press the PLAY butt on and RECORD butto n on deck simultaneously to star t recording.
‚" For int erruption press PAUSE. To resume recording press PAUSE again.
‚" To stop recording press STOP/EJECT.
Recording from CD
‚" Set FUNCTION switch to CD position.
‚" Insert your cassette tape in the cassette co mpartment.
‚" Activate the CD player.
‚" Press RECORD and PLAY buttons simultaneously to star t recording.
‚" To stop recording temporarily, press the PAUSE button. To continue recording, press the PAUSE button again.
‚" Press STOP/EJECT button when finished. Then sto p CD playback by pressing the CD STOP button of the CD player.
Notes:
‚" You may want to monitor during recording. You can adjust the sound with VOLUME control regulator. These adjustments do not affect the content of
recording.
‚" This deck is not suitable for recording on CHROME (IEC II) or METAL (IEV IV) type cassettes. For recording use NORMAL type cassette (IEC I) on
which the t abs have not been broken.
‚" At the very beginning and end of the tape, no recording will take place during the 7 seconds, when the leader tape passes the recorder heads.
Dynamic bass boost system
‚" For increased bass at all volume levels, press the DBBS button to boost the low frequency to ne for an emphasized bass sound.
AUX input
‚" Yo u can connect external audio signal source to the AUX input.
