Troubleshooting g uide
Symptom Cause Solution
No power
T he c a r ig nition is not on.
T he fus e is blown.
If the power supply is properly connected to
the car accessory switch the ignition key to
“ACC”.
Replace t he fuse.
Disc cannot be lo aded. Presence of disc inside the player. Remove the disc in the player then put a
new upward.
Disc canno t be read. Insert ing the disc in upside down.
Compact disc is extremely dirty or de fective.
Temperature inside the car is too high.
Insert the co mpact disc with the label facing
upward.
Clean the disc or try to play a new one.
C ool off until th e a mbient te mperature
returns to normal.
No sou nd Volume is in min imum.
Wiring is not properly connected.
Adjust volume to a desired level.
Che ck wiring connec tio n.
The but tons do not work. The built -in micro co mput er is not operat ing
pro perly due t o noise.
Front panel is not properly fix into its place.
P re ss the RES ET button.
R einstall the front panel.
So und skips. The inst allation angle is more than 30
degrees.
The disc is ext remely dirty or defective.
Adjust the installation angle to less than 30
degrees.
Clean the co mpact disc/try to play a new
o ne.
The radio does not work,
t he radio st ation
aut omatic selection do es
not work.
T he a ntenna c a ble is not c onne c te d the signals
are too weak.
Insert t he antenna cable firmly select a
s ta tion manually.
