Troubleshooting guide
Symptom Cause Solution
No power
T he car ignit ion is not on.
T he fus e is blown.
If the power supply is properly connected to the
car accessory switch the ignition key to “ACC”.
Replace the fuse.
Disc canno t be loaded. Presence of disc inside the player. Remove the disc in the player then put a new
upward.
Disc cannot be read. Insert ing the disc in upside down.
Compact disc is extremely dirt y or defective.
Temperatur e inside the car is t oo high/low.
Insert the compact disc wit h t he label facing
upward.
Clean the disc or try to play a new one.
Cool off until the ambient temperature returns to
normal.
No sou nd Volume is in minimum.
Wiring is not properly co nnected.
Adjust volume to a desired level.
Che ck wiring c onnection.
The but to ns do no t work. The built -in micro comput er is no t o perating
pro perly due to noise.
Front panel is not properly fix into its place.
P re ss the RES ET button.
R einsta ll the front panel.
So und skips. The inst allat ion angle is more than 30
degrees.
The disc is extremely dirty o r d efective.
Adjust the installation angle to less than 30
degrees.
Clean t he co mpact disc/try to play a new one.
The radio does not work,

manually.
