Electronic Shock Protection (ESP)
CD Elect ronic Shock Protectio n
The elect ronic shock protection is ideal for driving uneven road.
Press SEL button for 2 seco nds, t he display will sho w “DSP OFF”. Press t he butto n again so t hat “ESP 12” will be
shown on the display indicating that Electronic Shock Protection for 12 seconds will be activated. When the
display shows “ESP 12”, rotate VOL knob so that the setting will be changed to “ESP 45”, indicating that
Elect ronic Shock Protectio n for 45 seco nds is activated. Please leave the unit idle fo r the new setting to take effect.
MP3 Electronic Shock Pr otection
This unit is built-in with 120 seconds of electronic shock protection for Mp3 so that you can better enjoy your
music.
Insert/Eject discs

is off or in radio mode. For MP3 discs, MP3 symbol will be displayed as the disc is loaded. The first file in the
root folder will be played.
Press EJECT button to eject the disc from the slot. If the disc is not removed from the slot within 5 seconds, it will
automatically be loaded into the slot again. When the disc is ejected and removed, the unit will automatically
swit ch t o radio mode.
MP3 track search
You can make use of the 4 search modes to play your favorite MP3 songs.
Ordinary search
Press PREVIOUS/NEXT buttons to go to the next o r previous track. Press 5/DN10 and 6/UP10 buttons to advance
10 songs up or do wn.
