Troubleshooting guide
Symptom Cause Solution
No power The car ignition is not on.
The fu se is blown.
If the power s upply is proper ly connect ed t o the
car acc essory swit ch the ignition key t o “ACC ”.
Rep lac e the fuse.
Disc c annot b e loaded. Pr esence of disc inside the pla yer. R emove the dis c i n the pl ayer then put a new
upwar d.
Disc c annot b e rea d. Inser ting the disc i n up side down.
C ompact disc i s extremely dirt y or
defective.
Temp erat ure inside the car is too high.
Inser t t he compact dis c with the la bel faci ng
upwar d.
C lean the disc or t ry to play a new one.
Cool off until the ambient temperature returns to
norm al.
No sou nd Volume is in minimum.
Wiring is not proper ly c onnected.
Adjust volume to a desired level.
C heck wiring connection.
The operat ion keys do not
wor k.
The bu ilt-in microcompu ter is not
operat ing prop erly du e to nois e.
F ront p anel is not pr oper ly fix into its
place.
P ress the power b ut ton for ab out 10 seconds to
reset the uni t
S ound s kips . The installation angle is more than 30
degrees.
The disc is extremely dirty or defective.
Adjust the ins tallat ion angle to les s t han 3 0
degrees.
C lean the compact dis c/try t o play a new one.
The r adio does not work,
t he radio s tat ion
a ut omat ic select ion does
not work.
The a ntenna cable is not connect ed t he
s ignals are too weak.
Inser t t he ant enna cable firmly s elect a st ation
manu ally.
