General operations
Reset the unit
Operating the unit for the first time or after replacing the car battery, you must reset the unit.
Press OPEN button to open the fro nt panel. Using a ballpoint pen or o ther pointed object, press RESET butt on
t o complet e the init ializatio n procedur e.
Power on/off
Press PO WER/ MODE but t on o n t he pa nel o r P WR/MO D but to n on t he RC t o tur n the unit o n. Press and ho ld
these buttons to turn the unit off.
Note: After the unit is off, the volume level is memorized between 6 and 30. If it is set to less than 6, it will
r e s u me to 6 ; if th e s e t v olu me le ve l is highe r tha n 30 , it w ill re s u me t o 3 0 ; if it is be tw e e n 6 a nd 3 0 , it s till s t ore s
in the status which you set.
Volume control
Rotate VOL knob on the panel clockwise or press VOL+ button on the RC to increase the volume level.
Rotate VOL knob on the panel anticlockwise or press VOL– button on the RC to decrease the volume level.
Mute function
Press MUTE button to turn off the sound. Press the button again to resume the volume.
Mode selecting
Press PWR/MOD but ton on the RC or P OWER/MODE but to n on the unit to select a mo de: RADIO => DVD-
VIDEO (if the disc is inside the unit) => SD (if the SD/MMC card is inside the unit) => USB (if the USB driver
is inside the unit) => TV =>AV1 => AV2.
