• Do not position
blinds behind the
c ooker or less than 200
mm away from its
sides.
• Any hoods must be
installed according to
the instructions listed in
the relevant operating
manual.
Levelling
If it is necessary to level the
app liance, screw the
adjustable feet into the places
p rovid ed on eac h c orner of the
base of the c ooker (
see
figure
).
The legs* fit into the slots on
the undersid e of the base of
the cooker.
Electrical connection
Install a standardised plug corresponding to the
load ind icated on the applianc e data plate (
see
Technical data table
).
The app lianc e must be d irectly c onnected to the mains
using an omnip olar c ircuit-b reaker with a minimum
c ontac t op ening of 3 mm installed b etween the
ap p lianc e and the mains. The c irc uit-b reaker must b e
suitab le for the charg e indic ated and must c omply with
NFC 15-100 reg ulations (the earthing wire must not be
interrup ted by the c ircuit-b reaker). The sup ply c able
must b e positioned so that it does not c ome into
c ontac t with temp eratures hig her than 50°C at any p oint.
Before c onnecting the app liance to the p ower
supply, make sure that:
• The ap p lianc e is earthed and the plug is c omp liant
with the law.
• The soc ket can withstand the maximum power of
the app liance, which is ind icated by the data p late.
• The voltag e is in the range between the values
indicated on the data plate.
• The socket is comp atible with the plug of the
appliance. If the socket is incompatible with the
plug, ask an authorised technician to rep lace it.
Do not use extension cords or multiple sockets.

! Once the ap plianc e has been installed, the p ower
supply cable and the electrical socket must be
easily accessible.
! The cable must not b e bent or comp ressed.
! The c able must b e chec ked reg ularly and rep laced
by authorised technicians only.
! The manufacturer declines any liability should
these safety measures not be observed.
Gas connection
Connec tion to the g as network or to the gas c ylind er
may b e c arried out using a flexible rub ber or steel
hose, in ac cord anc e with current national leg islation
and after making sure that the applianc e is suited to
the typ e of gas with whic h it will be sup plied (see the
rating sticker on the c over: if this is not the case
see
b elow
). When using liquid gas from a c ylinder, install a
p ressure reg ulator which c omp lies with current national
regulations. To make connec tion easier, the gas
supply may be turned sideways*: reverse the position
of the hose hold er with that of the c ap and replac e the
gasket that is supplied with the appliance.
! Check that the pressure of the gas sup ply is
consistent with the values indicated in the Table of
burner and nozzle specifications (
see below
). This
will ensure the safe operation and durability of your
appliance while maintaining efficient energy
consumption.
Gas connection using a flexible rubber hose
Make sure that the hose comp lies with current
national legislation. The internal diameter of the hose
must measure: 8 mm for liquid gas supply; 13 mm
for methane gas supply.
Once the c onnection has b een performed, make
sure that the hose:
• Does not come into contac t with any parts that
reac h temperatures of over 50°C.
• Is not subject to any pulling or twisting forces and
that it is not kinked or bent.
• Does not come into contac t with blades, sharp
corners or moving parts and that it is not
compressed.
• Is easy to inspect along its whole length so that
its condition may be checked.
• Is shorter than 1500 mm.
• Fits firmly into place at b oth ends, where it will be
fixed using clamps that comply with current
regulations.
