4. Hot air Convection cooking
A. Preheating function
(1) Press «CONV.» button, select the function of hot air convection.
Press «CONV.» repeatedly, one can select different preheating temperatures.

(2) Press «START» button, system starts preheating. When temperature reaches, stop working and
beep 5 times. The screen displays the preheating temperature, flashes, and wake up to open
oven door to put foods in the oven for cooking.
(3) Open the oven door and put foods in, then close the door. Press buttons of «10 Min» , «1 Min»
and «10 Sec» to input time for cooking. It’s same as setting the microwave cooking time.
(4) Press «START» button again, the temperature indicator light and « » flash, which mean
the hot air convection cooking begin.
Remark: The maximum time of hot-air convection is 99 minutes and 90 seconds. If it can’t reach the configured tem-
perature when preheating 30 minutes, the heating pipe will be closed and error alarms.
