Playlist
The Windows Media player allows you to co nfigure
personal pla yli sts with y our f a v orite music or video file s.
Playlists group media content and store the location of
media content , whether the locatio n is your compu ter , a
network, or the Internet. Playlists typically hav e an .asx
or .m3u file extension.
To create a new playlist:
1. Launch the Windows Media player application.
2. Tap Select.
3. Ta p the drop down arrow next to Local Content and
select Organize Playlists.
4. Tap New.
5. Enter a name for the playli st and tap .
6. Tap the Plus sign at the bottom of the screen to open a
browse window.
7. Ta p the check box next to each supported media file to
add it to the new playlist. Tap when finished.
