6. After using the chopper, disconnect the
motor unit (4), by rotating it anti clockwise,
remove the lid (6) from the chopper bowl
(8).
7. Carefully remove the knife (7).
8. Remove the chopped products from the
bowl (8).
CLEANING ATTENTION! The blades are
very sharp and dangerous. Handle the
blades very carefully!
Before cleaning, unplug the unit.
Remove the attachments
Use a slightly dampened cloth to clean the
motor unit (3) and the chopper bowl lid (6)
and then wipe them dry.
After processing of salt and sour products
immediately rinse the knife (7).
When processing products with strong color
properties (for instance, carrot or beet
root) the attachments and the bowl can get
colored, wipe them with a cloth, dampened
in plant oil.
Wash the attachments, the chopper bowl
and the bowl in warm soapy water, rinse
them and dry thoroughly. Do not use hard
sponges and abrasives to clean the attach-
ment.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (4)
AND THE CHOPPER BOWL LID (6) INTO
WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS, AND DO NOT
WASH THEM IN A DISH WASH MACHINE.
DO NOT PLACE THE ATTACHMENS IN A
DISH WASH MACHINE.
