the warranty certificate and on the website
www.vitek.ru.
• To avoid damages, transport the unit in the
original package only.
• Keep the unit out of reach of children and dis-
abled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
ONLY, ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE
IN PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS
PROHIBITED.
BEFORE USING THE UNIT
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature, keep it for at least three hours
at room temperature.
• Unpack the unit completely and remove any
packaging materials that can prevent the unit
operation.
• Check the unit for damages, do not use it in
case of damages.
• Before switching the unit on, make sure that
your home mains voltage corresponds to the
unit operating voltage.
• Before the first use wash all the removable
parts (1, 2, 3) with warm water and neutral
detergent and then dry thoroughly.
• Clean the motor unit (5) with a soft, slightly
damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
• Do not immerse the motor unit (5) into any
liquids and do not wash it with water.
• Place the blender only on a dry flat steady
surface.
ATTENTION! Continuous operation time of
the blender should not exceed 3 minutes; then
switch the unit off and let it cool down to room
temperature for at least 10 minutes.
• Do not remove the blender bowl (3) and the
bowl lid (2) during the operation.
USING THE BLENDER
• Install the blender bowl (3) on the motor unit
(5), to do this, take the bowl (3) by the handle
with your right hand, install the bowl (3) on the
motor unit (5) and turn the bowl (3) clockwise
until it is fixed.
• Put the necessary ingredients into the bowl (3).
• Install the lid (2) into the bowl (3).
• Insert the measuring cup (1) into the lid (2)
opening.
Notes:
– Before chopping/mixing, we recommend to
peel fruit, remove inedible parts, such as
stones, and cut fruit into cubes approximately
2х2 cm in size.
– The blender is not intended for beating
eggs, making potato mash, kneading dough,
extracting fruit or vegetable juice, chopping
hard or frozen products, chopping meat and
meat products.
– The amount of foodstuffs to be processed
should not exceed 2/3 of the capacity of
the bowl in which they are processed and
shouldn't be below the level of the knives (4).
• Make sure once again that the blender
bowl (3) is installed correctly and is fixed.
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
Note: The blender will not switch on if the blender
bowl (3) is installed incorrectly.
• To switch the blender on, press and hold the
power switch (6).
• During the breaks between the operation
cycles, you can add the required ingredients
into the bowl (3). To do this, remove the mea-
suring cup (1) from the lid (2). After adding
ingredients through the lid (2) opening, install
the measuring cup (1) back to its place.
• Unplug the unit after you finish using it.
• Remove the blender bowl (3) from the motor
unit (5) by turning it counterclockwise.
• Remove the lid (2) from the bowl (3).
• Take the processed food out of the bowl (3).
• After the operation is finished, wash the
blender bowl (3).
Note:
– If food processing is hindered, add some
water, liquor or juice into the blender bowl (3).

switch the unit off and let it cool down to room
temperature for at least 10 minutes.
CLEANING AND CARE
Unplug the unit after the operation, remove the
blender bowl (3) from the motor unit as described
in the chapter "USING THE BLENDER". Take the
processed food out of the bowl (3).
• Pre-wash the bowl (3). To do this, install the
blender bowl (3) on the motor unit (5) and
turn it clockwise. Add some soap solution into
the bowl (3). Cover the bowl (3) with the lid (2)
with installed measuring cup (1). Insert the
power plug into the mains socket. Press and
