Call Retransferring
If you wish to send the call to another extension
with ou t w ai tin g fo r t he first stat i on t o ha ng up ,
simply press another
[DSS]
button.
Or, press the CA LL
button or trunk line button to
return to the outside party and begin the transfer
process again.
- Whe n y ou a re tr a nsfe r ri ng a call to a s t a tion prog r am m ed for Voice A nnounc e
or Auto Answer, the transferred call will always ring.
- After the internal party answers, you may alternate back and forth between the parties
by pres s ing the [Transfer] button.
- You cannot transfe r an Inte rc om ca ll by pres si ng the [DSS] button for the s ta tion re quir e d.
You must pre ss the [Transfer] button first a nd then pr e ss the [DSS] button or dial the
destination e x te ns ion num ber.
Transfer With Camp-On
When you are transferring a call to
another station and you receive a busy signal,
you may camp the call on to this station.
So, wh en thi s st ation be co mes fre e ,
it can be connected to the transferred call.
Simply hang up when you hear a busy signal.
Then, the called party will be alerted by
a call wa it in g tone .
